Upstairs Apartment

A light, airy, air-conditioned room overlooking the garden. It has a queen-size bed, bedside chests and lamps, ample storage space, ironing board and iron and safe deposit box.

Fully tiled with a hot and cold shower in the "wet area" . Fresh towels are provided throughout your stay, and toiletries are available.

Each guest has their own vanity unit. There is also a shower and toilet, Towels and handwash are provided.

Small but fully-furnished with a queen size bed, bedside chests and lamps and fitted wardrobes with plenty of space for clothing and luggage. The room is air-conditioned but also benefits from being on the shaded side of the house, with a garden view.

Tiled hot and cold shower cubicle. Bath mats and fresh towels are provided.

Shower gel and hand wash are provided.

For guests who want to try their hands at local specialities such as flying fish and macaroni pie - or if you just want a cup of coffee or a ready meal - the kitchen has everything you need. Our property manager can also arrange catering by a professional chef with enough notice.

The dining table seats six guests comfortably. Guests are welcome to have visitors but we specify that the apartment sleeps no more than four adults/children. If you wish to bring additional guests, please let us or our property manager know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

The apartment has a spacious and comfortable living area with air conditioning, television and fast reliable broadband.

The large veranda catches a cooling breeze at most times of the day and is the perfect venue for evening drinks.

Somnia guests can enjoy a range of nautical activities from swimming with turtles, snorkellng, scuba diving and jet skiing to sampling local favourites like flying fish and lobster.

The apartment is rather more than 200 yards from the nearest beach, but it's still only a ten minute walk to Hastings beach, which has safe, shallow water for swimmers and paddlers of all ages and abilities.
